Had a starting issue they replaced a battery also had them replace voltage meeter and usb. Also had them replace springs for me. Over $400. When I go the cart back noticed they replace it with a no name $150 battery. Also when I drove it the first time had steering issue hardly turn the wheel. They took it back and called me and said it was the steering box another $400 dollar of which $170 was labor. The guy that picked it up said there was no steering issue when he picked it up. I get it back and cant drive it. They took it back in called and said it was steering box another $400 quote. Had no choice it was there so fix it. Got it back this morning same guy that picked it up first time said there was no issue but asked me who did the lift on it. That happened 3 years ago and now recreational said it was some washer or something that caused it. Well its fine before they got a hold of it. Its always easy to blame someone else. Ive met Randy several times seems like a nice guy but sometimes you cant judge the work just by how nice someone is. I feel like something happened there when they had my cart to cause the problem. The delivery guy Dennis is a very nice guy and I thank him for letting me vent a little today. I guess I just learned a$800 lesson.

We had charger issues with a Club Car cart. I took the charger to RGC and they took it back to the shop and in a matter of just a few minutes the problem was diagnosed AND repaired. Very professional people don't let the disarray in the shop / showroom deter you from getting VERY knowledgeable professional folks. Would suggest you check with them if your cart or any related equipment is in need of help.
