I live in New Jersey and my mom lives in Fort Myers, Florida. I have used these folks for several years to provide quality care for my mother, who is this side of 101 years old and has dementia. They have always taken excellent care of her. Hurricane Irma really put them to the test. Mom had to be evacuated twice because both her home and the company office fell in the mandatory evacuation zones. With only limited staff available due to the hurricane, the owner, Tom Dean, took it upon himself to insure Mom was moved to a safe place with a dedicated caregiver as well as himself looking after Mom. After the storm had passed, Mom was moved back to their office, which had a generator to provide electricity and A/C. Tom personally checked out Mom's house and let me know if was only lacking electricity. Today the power came on and Mom is now back at home. These folks really care about their clients. They went way above and beyond to insure my Mom was cared for under extremely difficult circumstances. I could not recommend them more highly!
