If you are going to shell out money for the applications for this place, beware! They will not call you back and let you know if you are not approved, just leaves you wondering. Will not try to help you at all. Doesn't matter if you can pay cash, they just look at their so called magic number and don't let you explain anything that happened to your credit. Edit: Don't believe what they just wrote in their reply. They never contacted us at all! My wife had to contact them. All just a money grab, probably right in her pocket!

One of the best up and coming parks in Port Richey! Legacy bought the park and since then they have a beautiful new heated pool, fire pit, sitting area under a pergola, newly resurfaced streets, new signage, new vinyl fencing around the park and updated clubhouse which also has a fitness center!! Reasonable lot rents at around $625 includes water, sewer, garbage, taxes, lawn care and amenities. The Manager is the sweetest who would do anything for her community and residence. 5 stars all the way!!
