Stayed one night with my Mother in law summer last year. The place is nice perfect for elderly. Its just odd because it seems like only one guy is working there. Saw this guy in the morning cutting and pulling the bushes under the heat of the sun. Im talking about pulling big bushes ….in the summer of Florida. All by himself. At the the same day my Mother in law scheduled to clean her Air condition, I was surprised because it was him. (I thought that he was just the gardener ) He pulled It and drag it outside.. He was very respectful. You can tell that he was very exhausted. After an hour he came back and put back the ac. And He did a great job! And in the afternoon.. I saw him heading out one of the rooms with mud all around his body. Found out the he was also fixing the empty room for new person. I was like holy cow this guy is everywhere. And he still managed to smile and greet us , though he looked so tired and stressed out. I Asked my mom about him.. and she said they felt sorry for that kid because they are taking advantage of him. And I can really tell. This could be 5 stars but I feel sorry to the kid who did to much for that company.

It is a very safe area. Two schools, a city swimming pool, a city golf course about five minutes away. Apartment buildings extremely well taken care of. Maintenance will fix anything in your apartment quickly. Big time college (SFU) close, library close, casino close,airport close. Professional baseball and football also close.
