Had an appointment for the 19th that I made 2 weeks prior when I came with my friend to get her nails done. I arrived to my appointment on time, waited 30 minutes because the person I had scheduled my appointment with forgot to write it down. I had to wait for her to drive to the salon because I was getting nail art done. She said she remembered me but since she didn’t write it down, it doesn’t count as an appointment. And next time she should make sure I write it down if I want an appointment. She claimed no responsibility and said she could work on my nails now but insisted that I didn’t have an appointment. I walked out because I’m not going to tolerate that kind of behavior. I initially started going here because they have fair prices for quality work. They specially told me the first time I came in to make an appointment, because it’s better. Apparently not. If you make a mistake, that’s fine, just own up to it. Update: After reading the owner’s response, I do not plan on going back to this place. If they had just apologized and owned up to their mistake of forgetting my appointment, I would’ve stayed. They clearly didn’t read the review properly. This kind of dramatic response ‘hopefully you grow up more okay’ and eye rolling emojis is them being dramatic. If you like getting attitude, go here.

Diamond is the best!!!! I am so heavy handed, but my nails always stand up to the challenge thanks to her. I always do SNS. She is excellent about matching the color you think you want to the color that will appear that way based on your nail bed and skin tone. She helps me to get out of my comfort zone, and she knows my style. So when I don't actually know what I want, she comes up with something that I love.

I moved down from north Florida 3 years ago and tried many places before this one Nobody could do my nails the way I like them. Because when it comes to my nails I am a perfectionist. Thank goodness I found Holly Nails!! Diamond and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. She did my nails perfectly EVERY TIME. This salon is very relaxing. Calming music and a muted tv show that shows you food from all over the world. Unfortunately for me I had to move back home summer of last year. I have been looking for a new nail place to do my nails like Diamond could but I just can’t find anyone quite like her. She new exactly how I liked my nails done and I never had to remind or correct her. I am a black and blue kind of girl and I trusted her enough to pick out a different color for me occasionally and do what ever design she wanted to and they turned out gorgeous every time! My acrylics and the paint on them would last for weeks. She knew I worked with rowdy animals and made sure that the color wouldn’t chip off and my nails wouldn’t pop off. I never had a problem with my nails when I went to Holly Nails and Spa! -Cece
