Normally food here is good, I've eaten here many times and the food is what you would expect from a dinner. But this time things went very bad. The ham in my chicken cordon bleu was bad. It tasted and smelled rotten. They apologized and removed it. OK, that is a reasonable mishap. I informed them to discarded the ham. Then my replacement bacon cheese burger arrived and looked rather sad. The bacon was hard as a rock, not crispy well done hard, just hard like leather. I've never removed bacon from a sandwich until today. The cheese burger itself was large but unremarkable and just bland. I generally like this dinner but this was just unacceptable. My advice is stick to the breakfast, daily specials, soup and dessert.

Great service! Coffee was excellent! Had the steak and eggs breakfast. Was expecting a thin sliced sorry piece of meat. But to my surprise, it was thick and juicy! Cooked to a perfect medium rare.

We frequent this diner because it is simply the best diner around here. The service is usually really good and the staff are kind. The food is good and consistent.
