The team/service here is great, the bar is well stocked, pool and gym clean. It's right off the highway so very convenient. My favorite place to stay in the area. Only downside is they often have large teams/school groups come through and if you want breakfast at the same time as a few bus loads of kids it can be a pain.

Did a family get away in Philly. I originally wanted to stay in the city but had a 10am flight back. Did not want to rush on a Sunday. This place was awesome! The bathrooms reminded me of a trip to Japan & Korea. Clean & minimalistic. Loved the beds & pillows. I travel a lot & this is the 2nd hotel that I loved the pillows. The staff was welcoming & friendly. Loved it!

All the staff were wonderful for the most part. Got the impression though that the staff is either over worked or they just don't care. I was able to see the grand view of what's wanted for what's available. The breakfast bars were plentiful with variety and time to just sit and enjoy. NO MASKS REQUIRED. But at closer details to the room after seeing it with fresh eyes. Soon noticed areas where I assumed staff were rushed to fix or clean the room BEFORE we got there (after reservations). Felt as though most options available for card members (guests) were open to enjoy as you pleased. But where the hotel felt warm and entertaining (1st floor). Learned QUICKLY that the was ZERO ICE MACHINE on the second floor and had to go to the 3rd floor for ice which was inconvenient. Felt as though the "store" in the first floor should have been FREE considering how it looked like the room was just THROWN together to make it work until next inspection. Knowing an outlet in the room sparked, called to get it looked at only to find out there wasn't much to be done because everything was too old. KNOWING there was a workout room for card members was great to know. But it looked as though all the gym equipment was retrofitted with equipment with hope to connect each machine with a tv. Only to find out that all boxes for said monitors didn't even work yet boxes turned on (cords too short to connect to box). Going to take my shower in what looked like a nice warm and inviting shower from the cold pool, only to come out of the shower with a piece on the bottom of the shower door half off (literally) and the floor starting to get wet (cleaned it up before it got out of hand). Thermostat DIDN'T WORK CORRECT, had to call services and they turned it all the way up to 80° and said we could then turn it down but it had to be turned up that high briefly to even get heat. Work up freezing because like the mini fridge only staying cold 2hrs max (says in fridge but your not told), however the fridge guaranteed 2 hr cold time, heater however guaranteed nothing but AC and HEAT at (seemed like) unrelated temps due to improper hook up or something. Unfortunately not much of anything good I can say about the finer details of the room or stay. Just seemed as though staff KNEW of said inadequacy and had to cover it up with either nice food and hospitality OR nice looking and working rooms.

I've stayed here twice now before an early morning flight out of PHL utilizing their park and stay package. First, the rooms are very nice size with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Second, very nice area where I felt secure. The shuttle is always prompt and excellent communication. I've never waited more than 10 minutes and often just 5 minutes. This past trip, I checked out 3/6/22 at 3am and our flight was canceled at 7:30am. I called the Hotel and Jen was so helpful. They allowed us to come back and stay in our room until our new booked flight time. They even offered us the full breakfast buffet when we got back at 9/9:30am. We've always missed this due to early morning flights. There were packaged danishes, bagels, toast, eggs, turkey sausage which we love, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts......a very nice breakfast buffet for free. What I really love about this hotel is how easy it is to get on and off I-95 from there. No traffic or city to deal with. Easy on and off! I highly recommend this hotel. Yes, some of the rooms need updating but my rooms have always been clean, comfortable and the service is excellent!
