I had a really good experience tonight with David in the pharmacy. He was super nice and very helpful. I was having some issues and he straightened everything out and with a great attitude. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you so much!!!!💛

I am only giving 5stars to the new pharmacy lady by the name of Laurie P. Or a Lauren..I know she is new to this location not to the company ....SHE was so kind but most importantly she took care of my situation with my son's medicine ...I tried to resolve this 3 times with this pharmacy and other rude ppl that are techs...this blows my mind ...my son cannot have red dye in his medicine...so with not going into much detail....this lady took care of it with a smile ...knowledge..and customer service skills and within 5mins...that I have to give this lady acknowledgement!!!! She is the reason my son's medicine was taken care of properly so he wouldn't have an adverse reaction. Thank you sooo much and I hope she is recognized!!

If I could give this a negative star review I would. This review is not related to the actual store but more the pharmacy. This is the most incompetent group of pharmacist I’ve ever Interacted with. Next time try to do your job accurately and be helpful

I have been disappointed by this place for the last time. I will call ahead two days for a script refill, will get a call saying it’s ready for pick up and when I get there it’s not ready and the pharmacy staff gets an attitude if I tell them I want the script now and no I won’t come back again. Then I walked in to get my sons a covid booster and they told me I needed an appointment so, I make two appointments and they say I made the wrong appointment. How? I made the appointment on the Walgreens website????? In my opinion the staff is lazy and will find any excuse not to help you just so they don’t have to work. The staff is slow, Not courteous at all and the website is horrible and does not help with the confusion. This location is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to!!!!!! My suggestion get rid of all the staff and start over or make room for CVS.
