We had to close the store early so we could stock and clean for hygienic reasons. We are a very short staffed store and we have been overwhelmed with the amount of people and are working very hard to accomodate everyone. One of our bear builders had worked for 14 hours with only one break, which is technically againat labor laws, just to get the lines down. We are doing our best. We are only human.

We were not allowed to have more than one line and the line we did have was a safety hazard. Everyone who called on the phone was told to come in as early as possible, if you had talked to an associate beforehand you would have known that 5 was too late. You can get a $15 voucher online if you sign on to your rewards account through the website. Only one voucher per account and exclusions include the Sharks, Jumbo animals, Sunset Shimmer, Barbie and Hotwheels, as those were not a part of the original sale.

If you bought it within 90 days and you have a receipt or are a part of the bonus club we can switch it out. If not you will have to pay for a new one but we can still switch it. OR if its a special recorded message we can send it to the bear hospital.

Yes. You can buy the displays. You can even put sounds and smells in them still. However, they may not have the bear ID tag inside, you will not be getting the full experience and lots of other people have touched your bear. Also keep in mind that most of them are already dressed, and the clothes cost extra, but we can always take off the clothes if you don't want them.

We do not have a Pimpa the dog animal in stock, however, you could always buy a normal dog or bear and dress it up similarly. Although, I am not sure that we have any clothing items in stock that match Pimpa either.
