Worked with Jennifer who was knowledgeable, easy to work with and got me a good deal on my new Jayco and a great price on my trade. Everything went smoothly. Had a small problem when I got home and Cortney, in service, took care of it right away. I should mention the financing department and this is partly my fault for not doing my due diligence. They set me up with a loan using a credit union. Figuring it was a credit union I felt comfortable with it at the time. Later I checked the interest rates and found out if I would have gone through the credit union directly the interest rate would have been 2 percent lower. Then when i tried to make a payment they (the credit union) lost it. They also pre dated the loan a week before the actual delivery date. So in summary, great sales and service but do your homework before agreeing to any financing.

Update: after my wife called and also posted on the BBB she was able to work with an Office Manager Cindy. At first the communication was still lacking and was never explained why this happened and was never taken care of but Cindy did take ownership and was able to get the refund for the warranty. She also provided up to date information to my wife along the process. Thank you Cindy for handling this part of my review. Sales is ok but once you pay for your RV everything changes. Trying to get a hold of people for title info cause our tile never showed up and didn’t get it till 6 months after the purchase most likely due to a error on their end. Trying to cancel a extended warranty that was sold to us and later we realized how useless it was has been a headache. Getting transferred to different people and not getting calls back. Any service work you need you have to leave the RV there and good luck knowing when you’ll get it back. And even better luck if it actually comes back fully repaired. Their service department is useless. I ended up fixing some issues myself after their service department tried and failed, called to complain and about 8-10 months later got a call to confirm a appointment for the re-repair work that I had fixed my self and never rescheduled. I also had to order a part from them for another problem with my brand new fifth wheel and received the wrong one. Didn’t even bother with them and got it elsewhere and fixed it myself. When your staying away from home and the only way to get a needed repair done with the warranty is to drop off the RV which pretty much ruins your vacation, cause you have to stay at a hotel for a unknown amount of time while paying for your spot at the campground. Better to just pay a mobile repair person or fix it yourself which makes their warranty useless in my opinion. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DOING YOUR RESEARCH AND SHOPPING AROUND BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE

Terri was absolutely terrific. Super down to earth, attentive, does what she says she will do. Service and delivery experience was thorough and easy. Bought from out of town and they let us stay the night to get things transferred from one to another and we're right there along the way to make sure we were well taken care of.
