This place is great, it’s owned by Catholic Charities. It’s made for people who gets out of the hospital and have no where else to go. They give you time to heal. All you do here is eat, sleep 🛌, and recover from your most likely surgery. Entry is through the counselors at the hospital…..

This place is a lot better than what I expected there are people here who genuinely want to recover and treat each other with respect. They made me feel welcomed. The staff really care about the residents. They show a lot of effort and persistence when helping the residents with their needs. The facility can use a little work, but no major problems. All in all, I am grateful to recovered here.

The facility seems nice enough in the lobby, but they seem disorganized when it comes to donations. I had clothes and food, and trying to bring them to and from my car got to be a hassle when I had to continually wait for the door to unlock. Not to mention I had to bring in shopping carts full of stuff and just leave it in the lobby. Everyone started at me, but no one gave me a 'Hello' or said 'Excuse me' when passing by. I was a little sketched out, but I'm glad that I could make a donation to help this facility

Pathways is an assisted living facility for individuals with a physical health condition requiring additional support.
Yes. We just picked up some mens shirts today. But we only look for lightly used mens pants, shirts socks

You have to be referred to this place by the hospital, clinic, VA, etc. Once accepted, they do have case management that assist you in getting any benefits that you qualify for. They also provide transportation to most of your scheduled Dr's appointments.
Unfortunately no, Pathways is an assisted living facility for people who have been released and referred by a hospital. Try calling 211, they will be able to direct you to a place that will fit your needs
