I've been visiting this park for over 20 years. It's so clean. There are several play areas, soccer fields, a barbecue pavilion, restrooms and a butterfly garden that was dedicated and cared for by a local garden club. Trails in Lakewood Ranch lead to the park as well!

Nice local Park. I was there for a an arts and craft pop up flea market. First time participating. It was a nice day and very spacious.

I don't believe they have a limit as long as they are controlled.
Dogs must me leashed. I am not aware of any septate area for dogs either big or small at summer Bob Gardner Park has a fenced off dog park and dog lake. MyLWR.com had a list of parks and their individual amenities.
There are no lights for the soccer field. The lights at the tennis or basketball courts turn off at ~10pm.

You can, but it needs to be insured and a copy of it needs to be dropped off at townhall.
