We went during the summer so there was no crowd. I am greatful they were open. We picked this place due to it being on triple D with Guy however we did not see the featured item from the show, ultimate pork nachos. The handmade mozz sticks were good and that marinara dipping sauce was fantastic. I got the Colorado Angus cheeseburger which was good and thick. The thin cut fries were spot on. Others in my party got the moment of meat pizza, asian bowl, Baja bowl, and chicken sandwich. All said they were good and would order those items again. Good place to eat with friendly and attentive staff.

I had the most lovely afternoon here after ebiking the maroon bells. My friend and I had the Cadillac margaritas and they were great! We split the steep and deep supreme pizza. So good!! Wonderful service!! I will be back! Scott the bartender was a lot of fun to chat with.

We ate here after going to Maroon Bells from the shuttle service in the building across the pavilion. First off, this place is expensive. Be prepared to spend 40-60$ for 2 people for lunch. The best thing was the fried mozzarella. I got the …Hi Lace, Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear about your experience and that the Alehouse did not meet your expectationas. I would like to discuss further, if you could please email me at [email protected], I would greatly appreciate it. It would be helpful to learn more about your food experience and being unable to speak with a manager. I look forward to chatting with you. -Kevin Owner In the meantime, allow me to respond to a few of your points publicly. Prices: Typically a meal at the Alehouse does cost $10-$25 per person. We are one of the least expensive establishments in Aspen. Food costs have gone through the roof nationwide, rents in Aspen are high and the cost of labor has gone up substantially. We are proud to be one of the more affordable restaurants in Aspen. Fajita Bowl: The fajita bowl does come with rice, shredded lettuce, black beans, cheese, mixed bell peppers, onions, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. It is priced at $14.65, not $18. Protein options are available starting at $4. Even at Chipotle, meat comes with an additional charge. Chicken: When we chat, I am hoping you have a photo of this. All of our chicken is all-natural, Colorado chicken. It is marinated in house and made fresh to order.
