Lost my package and would not help me. Stay away from sending or receiving packages through this company. This is the second time they have lost one of my packages in 6 months.

We had several boxes, one of which was heavy, and he delivered them up the steps to our apartment door. We appreciate his great service, and we hope this message will reach him and his supervisor. Was never notified as to a day my package was to be delivered to my business, twice!! And the third attempt of course they come early (never got a delivery notice even though I signed up for them) and I miss them by 15-20 minutes and they have yet to get back to me after calling the customer support. The package is too big to fit in my little car to go to the service center to pick it up so instead of bringing it knowing I’m here they’ll send it back. Not happy at all! Honestly if I could give zero stars I would for this experience.

For those complaining about racing drivers...thats because they have to make the cutoff deadline so your packages can get to it's destination on time....thats why anywhere you going in the country you will see drivers rushing back to the stations around late evenings to make the truck or cargo planes.
