Terrible attitude and lazy. The manager need training in customer service. She looked for excuses not to help. I wouldn’t waste my time going to such store. Who wants to do business with attitude?! No one! I shipped daily for my business it I rather drive to another store than go back there. It looks like they don’t need the business. Nadia- the manager is terrible. No thank you!

Almost 3 weeks ago I dropped a package off to be mailed on 1/16/22 and received a receipt from this UPS store. I believe the woman that helped me was the owner. The package never arrived. The tracking info shows the package was never picked up at the UPS Store. When I tried to call them, they would not answer their phone and did not have voicemail set up. I don't live in the area so asked a friend to go in for me since they wouldn't pick up the phone. The man behind the counter said there was nothing he could do, that it was not their problem. He tried to blame it on the UPS driver not scanning the package. He was very rude, refused to provide the name and number of a manager or owner, and refused to give his name. He basically said too bad, it's not my problem. I would not recommend trusting your packages with this store.

The head guy in the store was probably more rude and arrogant than any service person I've ever encountered. After he insisted on an itemized list of everything in a catch-all box I was shipping, I opened the box to show him, but said it was impossible to tell him everything in the box because there were about 50 assorted items, he reluctantly closed up the box with tape so sloppily that when he walked away, I just took the tape dispenser to do the job right - and he actually kicked me out of the store! I know these UPS stores are very convenient, but this guy is toxic - I had heard this about him before - so I would strongly recommend using one of the dozen or so other UPS stores around the area.

I needed a document notarized. I went online to the website for this store and set an appointment for this afternoon at 1 pm. I arrived at the store at 1 pm, and told the clerk that I was there for the 1 pm appointment that I had made on their website. Instead of offering me notary services, they told me that they were too busy to assist me, and suggested that I go to another UPS store several miles away. Not quite the customer service that I expected. As most of us have busy lives, I suggest you don't waste any time at this store. Lesson learned.
