I wanted something specifically from Pandora and arrived at 7pm and both the Google maps and the Pandora website say the store is open until 8pm. I arrive and the store is already closed...an hour before advertised. Today isn't even a holiday or anything. I spent my $$$ on jewelry elsewhere in the mall.

The worst experience I have had buying jewelry. I took my niece to the Altamonte Mall to get her a ring for her birthday. I ended up buying her a necklace since they didn’t have the ring she wanted in the store. We placed the organs also ordered 2 more of the same rings for my daughter and myself to match. We all wear the same size. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I drove to the mall to follow up. Turns out they were never ordered because they don’t make the ring in a half size. When I ordered them the girl at counter assured me they had them in a half size a suggested we get them a little bigger (.5 size). I was upset, but went ahead a re-ordered them the original whole side we wanted from the get go. Two and half weeks later i went back to the mall because, again, no one had reached out and still no ring. I spoke to the manager Lailah and she shrugged and smiled and said they ordered them and there’s nothing they can do. She turned around and walked to the other side of the counter. Needless to say I will never go back to that store, it’s faster to order online.

If I could put a zero I would this “Pandora” shop which is said by the employees to be privately owned said the owner doesn’t believe in providing cleanings to your bought Pandora items and instead will provide you a $15 cleaning kit for you to DIY!????? WHY after spending over $400 on a bracelet and coming in before my anniversary to get it polished and spending time looking to buy another charm which costs $45 would I want to DIY instead of shop????!!! Y’all lost a good customer BYE Felisha $$$$ money spent else where maybe at the Kay Jewlers next door who actually provides customer service

I took my mom to pick out a birthday gift. It was a surprise so we went in not knowing what she wanted. The staff member was helpful; she asked questions and made suggestions based on my mom's answers. It didn't take long for mom to decide what she wanted and we both left happy.
