1st visit with south trail animal hospital was very pleasant although this 2nd visit had to have been the worst vet visit I've had. To start off the doctor that came in seemed a bit off. My puppy came in for his final shots and he's very calm with all people I find it a bit crazy that I had to hold him while the DR.NOEL completed and UNAPPROVED EXAM. On top of that Dr.Noel had one shot to give my puppy and it took two attempts and the dog was screaming, while my first visit dr demonarco administered 3 shots dog didn't move at all and only took 1 jab each shot. on top of the unprofessionalism from Dr.noah we received a bill for an exam that we never approved. we call before the visit and asked if there would be another exam fee and they said no only the first one. if there was another exam fee I would've taken my puppy to tractor supply for his final shot. manager was not helpful at all. I refused to pay because I had everything cleared up before I got there. so I told her I would only pay for the shots and dewormer not the exam. she accepted payment for the shots and rudely kicked us out and made copies of all our pet history there. basically told us to never come back. 1st visit with demonarco was wonderful and if anyone still goes to this place I would 100% recommend her.

Dr. Calloway is wonderful. We recently rescued a little chi/pom and with her came issues. Dr. has helped with such understanding, many suggestions and lots of patience. Also the entire staff is very friendly and helpful, you never feel rushed. Very impressed with this hospital.

By far the best vet clinic staff I have ever met. So personable and kind. I know you would think EVERY vet facility would care about animals, but this group of individuals is truly the best in the business and their love for the animals and what they do shows. From the people at the front desk to the doctors, everyone is knowledgeable, genuine and works with purpose and dedication.

There staff and Doctors are very informative and compassionate. Only thing that was very high is the cost of their treatments and a single family or person probably couldn't pay for it which is sad especially if your had a life threatening situation. The cost for the office visit was reasonable
