The staff are kind, quick, and efficient. I like the atmosphere and every employee I've spoken with showed active concern for my dogs needs and my budget.

I tried to give this place multiple chances but we are no longer taking our multiple dogs here. All they care about is the money, I have tried calling them about my concerns I was put on hold the other day for 20 minutes! They also charge you if you miss an appointment yet they don't give out any reminders for appointments! (again all about the money ) We were going to the one in pet's smart and we moved so the Daniel's location is much closer. The one in pets smart I give a 5 stars but this location is just a hot mess. I barely give it a one star. I also have been trying to cancel my pet insurance for my 4 dogs and I still can't even do that. There corporate number is a hot mess too, have been on hold for 25 plus minutes on the third phone call. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Banfield!

Brought my dog to have her teeth cleaned. She hasn't been acting the same since. She was very lethargic for the first few days after her cleaning. then I brought her back to have them double-check her in a $350 cleaning ended up costing me almost $900. Probably will not be going back there. The woman at the front desk needs some serious social skills and learn how to be a true receptionist.

I take my dog whiskey here for checkups and have always had nothing but great experiences at this location. All the staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to make anyone comfortable and happy. They keep the vet very clean and organized. My dog feels more comfortable at this location as well due to not having the petsmart attached. I would refer anyone to this location. Thanks for taking such great care of my pup!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello William - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We recommend contacting your nearest Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
