Horrible experience today at the emergency. Dr Croc may have a medical degree but when it comes to seeing patients and understand patients concern, he is not qualified, in my opinion. Lack of customer service skills. Few staff members including the RN Amanda among others; such as the lady who gathered personal información (contractor) and the triage nurse Michelle, were very helpful.

Do not come here for anything. They tell you to call the ER while you are in the ER. This place is a joke. Only come here if you want to die.

This hospital will let you die and say there was nothing wrong with you. And there's a Dr there that will try and tell you that you have to isolate for 2 weeks even if you are negative for covid. DO NOT GO BECAUSE TRUST ME ITS A WASTE OF TIME. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO ST JOE SO YOUR WASTEN YOUR TIME

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hospital honestly. The nurse was so rude and needs to find another job / position / field or work because the way she was acting, is no where near comforting or respectful. My friend legit had to leave before snapping back at her and I even overheard another visitor for another patient near me mention how rude and disrespectful that nurses attitude was towards her. It's totally unacceptable for you to be in a position where you're called to help and assist peoples lives yet you have that type of demeanor towards them and make it so uncomfortable to be there. I was extremely glad to say the least, that I was transfered to Memorial Hospital within that day, Thankfully!
