If I could give zero stars, I would. My spouse and I was traveling from Baltimore looking for a place to catch a few hours of sleep. When we arrived in the hotel there were holes in the walls and a homeless man sleeping in the lobby. Once we received our room keys and got off the elevator, it looked like we walked into a scene on American Horror Story. There were even more holes in the walls and the lights were flickering. We put the key in the door and the first thing we smelled was cigarette smoke and the walls looked like they were carved by some sort of demon. The last straw that broke the camels back was as we were leaving out the room, we seen a roach hanging on the door as big as cicada. We literally flew out the hotel and immediately got a refund. DON’T COME HERE unless you want to take bedbugs and roaches back home with you!

The room was filthy. Curtains were ripped and shredded, walls dirty, sheets had stains on then, Lamps didn’t work and shades were filthy. Water didn’t drain in shower. Could not bring myself to stay in that room. Called and complained and got a refund. We were at motel to stay for a wedding. Ended up driving hone after wedding reception.

terrible. I have stayed at this place several times in the past. its been 2 years since my last stay and this place is a complete dump. It's filthy. The celling is caving in, tile floor is missing pieces, luggage cart is broken, hallways have stained carpet, the hotel smells musty, room has stained and caved in celling tiles. Paint on walls is chipped, stained and has dents/cracks. lamp shade broken, tv barley works, sink was clogged, barley any hot water, room had a dirty smell. dresser is all scratched up, fridge is not cold. Overall, this place is dump. Even the transportation van is old, dirty and sounds like it barley runs.

How can I rate this room below poor. In the thousands of rooms I have stayed in as an airline employee, and even before, there has only been one room that was worse in the past 45 years. This was supposed to be a newly remodeled room according to the front desk. Several electrical outlets didn't work, I had to fix the desk chair, paint on the carpet and chairs, no television remote, no soap, no cups, hair on the sink. I was told it was the only room they had and they wouldn't give me a refund when I asked. I don't recommend this hotel even if they give you a room for free.
