Really impressed us. Really neat design, incredible greens. Pace was a bit slow on a Saturday afternoon but great value and we'll definitely be back!

The course is top quality. Tees, fairways and greens are kept in amazing condition. The bunkers, whilst many ðĪŠ are varied and again top quality. Now for the moan. The no personal cooler rule is ridiculous and whilst the club appear to claim its because people have abused this I guess because of alcohol, we saw the cart girl once on the 3rd hole. She said we would not see her again. The drinks available were in cans. We weren't provided with ice not sure how this helped. It was 33° and we had little else to drink. There were no water facilities around the course. Put simply it was dangerous. This will stop us playing this course again when we visit next time. Shame.....felt like money making rather than anything else. You could simply check coolers for alcohol if that's the issue. Although interestingly you could buy alcohol from the cart!

It was a nice course but pro shop staff attitudes were not inviting. Almost like they were doing me a favor for taking my money. Course is WAY over priced. No driving range right now either. You can play similar courses for less than half the price of this one right now. I did enjoy playing there however.

My friends & I decided to pass up playing here last year because they were aerating their greens the week we were visiting Orlando for our 2021 golf trip. This year, we booked a tee time for last week (early May 2022) and all I can say is WOW!! We were all grateful that we played here this year as they're supposed to be aerating their greens in June. Prior to playing here, I'd heard nothing but great things about this course and now, we all know why. It's one of those rare Florida courses that has extensive elevation changes, rolling undulations and almost 200 bunkers. Some of them were huge and deep. Almost all were well maintained. The greens were lightning fast and pace of play was perfect. A warning for high handicappers like myself; this course is tough if you spray it all over the place and you will likely have very few, if any even lies. But, it is fair if you play smart and one of my favorites that I've ever played in Florida, despite all the challenges the layout presents. I highly recommend them as one of the best public access courses in the greater Orlando area.

Golf attire at minimum is my assumption. I'm not sure though if there's really any actual dress code for the restaurant.
To my knowledge they do
What place allows you to drive a (golf) cart into a restaurant? Golf carts are for paid golf players.
Sorry.. I'm not 100% sure... I would call to get the correct answer your looking for
Sorry.. I don't golf. I just went there for lunch. You'll have to call Southern Dunes to find out
Correct. Great track. Lots of bunkers
I suggest calling the golf course in advance!
I suggest you call them in advance to see if the restaurant is open on Christmas day!
Their facebook page had pictures. Probsbly on their website too. Not too bad.
