This is my first BMW and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I placed my order back in late Dec with Mary, she was very helpful and professional. I had checked pricing at another dealer, Ferman definitely had better pricing for the same package. She kept me posted about my car and The entire process was painless and easy. From management to the sales team, they are all amazing, helpful and professional. Thank you for taking care of me and I LOVE my new Whip ☺️

Outstanding Experience. My wife and I had been looking for a very specific car, and only a few on the east coast were available. Tammy took amazing care of us. She answered all my questions, sent me a plethora of extra pictures, and even a video of the car since we were over 1000 miles away. She had the finance manager reach out and we were able to get all the paperwork done beforehand. She picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership. Rarely is buying a car this pleasurable and I highly recommend Tammy and the team at Ferman (and Joe's bad jokes were welcome). Would buy from here again.
