This library is great! Even when it is not open, you can check put up to two books and two DVD's from their "redbox" lending library machine out front!

This is a wonderful library for all ages -from the toddlers at Mother Goose story hour, free banks of computers, a book store, teen game room area, a business room for meetings, free concerts, tai chi, many classes, master gardener advice , movies, vinyl records, an after hours book/movie vending machine (again - free!) - it's impossible to think of this library as just a place to get books. It's extremely easy to reserve books or other materials online, and they will email you when they arrive - and have them waiting for you at the front desk. Everyone that works or volunteers there is cheerful, helpful and very welcoming. I've been a library lover for decades and this is the best library I've ever known. I just wish funding was available so it could be open longer hours - it would certainly be utilized. They also offer the free streaming services hoopla and kanopy, all you need is a library card!

Perfect customer service, they actually approached me and offered help! Internet is fast, they have all the office *Microsoft suite apps on the computers. Many more amenities!

very low key, quiet, we bought books from the friends of the library for 15 dollars, about 10. Very friendly librarians, great for kids!

I would call to be sure. Most likely you will.
Recycle newspaper & magazines, bins are in the parking lot.......book donations in the lobby.
The library has two employees who are notaries but their hours vary so you will want to call on the day you are planning to have an item notarized so we can verify if a notary is available. Each notary stamp has a fee of $5.
We have several librarians who manage the different collections in our library. We do not have a single curator.
The library does accept book donations. You must drop them off at the drive-through window on the side of the building. They are sold through the Friends of the Library book store then. If the college books you have are recent, then donating them to a group called "Women on the Way" at St. Petersburg College may get them into the hands of people who may need them sooner. Call them to ask if they could use them. You should be able to get info on the main page of the St. Petersburg College website.
Nope. Presidents day
There is an outside drop off/drive thru. It's super convenient 🙂
Yes you can
They should as long as they're in good condition!
I think they have at bookstore
Yes. You'll have to call library for schedule though.
Yes
If you call them directly, they can check for you.
Yes! Well be closed tomorrow, Sat. the 10th instead.

There is no fee to use the library. Library use is completely free for Pinellas residents. A replacement library card (if you lose your first one) is $1.00. Thanks!
That is a safety harbor zip code. There might be closer libraries near her.
