I love the convenience of this facility. But was agravated to work 3 hours on a this Saturday 5/11/19. To load and haul to find out they were closed when the sign and website says 5 pm. Poor manager I suppose

Easy access to the facilities but the customer service there is horrible. I had some food grade 5 gallon buckets that I wanted to recycle...again they are food grade and very much are a recyclable because I've recycled them for many years..they told me I couldn't recycle them at their facility...so I can't recycle plastic at a place that recycles plastic? And the gentleman wouldn't aswer my questions...he just kept saying the buckets need to go onto the trash....the lack of communication and information is disturbing.
