Me and my wife got some pizza and wings from here and everything tasted great. The employee that was working there was very nice and professional. However I took a star off because this place was not clean, it was disgusting. The men's bathroom had both the urinal and toilet filled with pee and paper and it smelled terrible. There were no towels to dry your hands off after washing. My wife said the ladies bathroom was the same way, very gross. This place was completely empty and this was around 11:30, lunch time. I'm guessing this place doesn't get very busy at all.

The Framery Etc

My order was an hour late and not even warm. I ordered online at 5:15 with a 6:30 delivery time, when I ordered everything seemed fine with the confirmation text. But at 6:45 (15 minutes after I was supposed to receive my order) I get another text that it will be delivered by a door dash driver at 7:15, and then it changed to 7:25. I also requested no contact delivery because of my dogs and the delivery driver knocked and waited for me to come out bc her note said to hand the pizza to us. Food was barely like warm and the two orders of boneless wings we got were completely different amounts. (Picture before we ate anything) We will not be ordering from here again.

Whoever is running this place is milking the last drop of profit out of the store and life out of the employees. Saturday with only two people? They're trying so hard to keep up but they shouldn't be put in this position. Your customers and employees deserve better. Either do it right or stop.

Ordered online for contact less pick-up. Was on their curbside parking when order is ready for pick-up, notified via app. Called their number twice, and informed via app that we are here now. Had to wait for 15 minutes until we decided to go inside and get our food. Informed them we are waiting outside for 15 minutes, they only said we are crazy here today. Food turned out to be cold, pizza hard to bite. Requested refund of tip, as tip is only warranted for good service only. Got food credit, good for 30 days, on that location only.
