My mom has been at Seasons since August. The facility is beautiful, new, and clean. All of the staff has been consistently warm and attentive, they are great people. Dementia is not an easy road, especially for a woman like my mom who has always been a creative, independent, and strong person in body, mind and… will. Mom’s health situation is particularly complex, and everyone does their very best to accommodate her needs, keep me in the loop, and coordinate with her Hospice, Compassionate Care, recommended by Seasons and also great to work with. Seasons Executive Director, Tierre is warm and welcoming, always making time for me to help resolve any needs we may have, and truly an ally. In fact, my aunt who is in another senior living community nearby was having a 90th birthday. We wanted to make it special and ensure my mom would attend her sister’s big day and Tierre opened her facility for us to have a small family celebration, which was almost like being at home in the dining room and living room for gift giving. It went off without a hitch and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Tierre and staff, from the bottom of my heart for all you do!

AMAZING PLACE TO WORK AT I was just hired this past month at Seasons Memory Care at Rolling Hills. I have an incredible supportive team as well on the corporate side. Everyone works together to make sure it is a healthy environment to work in. We are given the the tools to be successful in every aspect of your job. The support starts from the Executive Director (Tierre Thornton) and waterfalls down to the managers. It is so great that we work together for the quality and care of our residents. I visited last Friday for my husbands mom. The place is beautiful, I noticed there was entertainment the residents were clapping and singing. The staff was pleasant interacting with the residents. The programming looks very active and the connection with the UCLA medical school to be part of the program is amazing for cognitive stimulation. I am a nurse and I told my husband to choose this place because they cater to the needs of residents that are diagnosed with this SAD disease. We looked at other facilities but the programming did not seem as active and no where as clean as this place.

After touring different facilities for my fiancé’s grandmother, this one from the outside was beautiful. From the inside however, not so much. Do not be fooled and pay an exorbitant amount of $ to have your loved one live here. Staff looked as if they were putting up a show (I paid attention to the details) The spoons in the dining area were still dirty, and food looked bland. Care staff looked as if they didn’t want to be there (the residents as well.) The activity director’s programs seemed mediocre as the residents were falling asleep to the activities. Not to mention her cleavage hanging out of her blouse. I would not only not recommend this operation I would say stay way.
