On Tuesdays, I'm a bit of a regular. Last night, I met some friends. After arriving, I was informed their server had pretty much forgotten them and it was taking a long time to respond. We later found out that our server had left due to a family emergency. Our newly assigned server, Kat, handled our table with the greatest professionalism despite this setback. She worked closely with the Shift Manager Shauna to ensure our stay met both our standards and Chili's standards. We had a very good conversation with Shauna, who was very friendly and hospitable. We also appreciated the effort she put into making sure things went smoothly. From being a total disaster to a success, these two individuals saved our dinner experience. SN Andrew Berry USN

I made an order and thank you very much for nothing because I had the worst experience of my life I ordered some fajitas with chicken and steak and I pick up my order hungry I get home and the order does not include my tray of sour cream pico de gallo cheese and to finish my steak was raw and the tortillas were broken and stunned 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 thanks for Nothing is amazing I hope for answers about this today's date is Saturday January 22, 2022

Service was great. I loved that they didnt over seat people. Food was ok. Garlic toast was stale. French fries tasted like plastic. Everything else was good. Bathrooms were a hot mess and dirty. So dont use the restrooms here.
