The store management at this Market Street location apparently cares more about having food options for the online orders than for the walk-in customer orders. On 6/18 /22, I walked up to the counter asking if any four cheese soufflé were available, and I was told by the very kind and helpful cashier that more of them were being prepared. When she returned to give me an update, I was informed that there weren’t any available because they had already been sold. Really?? Thank you for thinking so little about the HUMANS who enter your store. Do you really WANT US IN THERE?

Forgot my child's sandwich and then my half sandwich had 3 little strips of "chicken salad". Very disappointing and not the first time. Thank you to the manager Liz for making it right. I do not recommend delivery!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. They always have healthy delicious food. The bakery section is such a bonus. I had the creamy chicken and rice soup with a side of chips. My first time ordering this and I loved the soup. Location is easy to get to. It is busy due to having Walmart being in the same area Staff was okay. If she would’ve smiled maybe it wouldn’t have been so painful to order from her. I’m sure it was just a hectic day for them. Dining area is nice and clean. Prices are so reasonable for the deliciousness.
