Great gym. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. Equipment is modern and in good shape.

Called to ask a simple question about a trial membership they’re offering to see if I would enjoy going to their gym and the receptionist was a complete smarta**. Not a good way to attract new clients.

The men rule this place. They hold machines jump in women's faces and they act like the own the place. I canceled my membership and joined Giant! they have an all women's gym in Washington Twp.

Yes. But you can buy a day pass if you like.
Only during certain hours...and I believe with a supervising adult (older than 18). Primary reason would be for safety conerns and legal liability.
