Waste of time, I can print a return shipping label online, but if I go in person to the store I then need to mail all the documents through them in order to purchase a return shipping label for my university. Extremely unhelpful and a terrible attitude

This is a very convenient location for Canadians 🇨🇦 and travellers in the Buffalo area. Kelly was very helpful by accepting a package 📦 on my behalf. When I arrived at the location to pick-up the item it was quick and easy process. I also made arrangements to ship items within the 🇺🇸 and the staff made the process stress-free. They assisted by bringing the package inside from my vehicle and added labeling my packages. My items arrived to the destination on time. Thank you for all your assistance. Highly recommended. Went there to return stuff to Amazon.. with my baby sleeping in a carrier so already struggling to hold stuff and move up next to the counter. The guy who was waiting on my was VERY impatient. Who I glanced at his name tag said was the owner. He wasn’t patient for me to get the QR pulled up and called for another assistant to help me as he was too busy to assist me and walked away. JUST WOW and you’re a business owner making your customers feel that they are an inconvenience? There are plenty of UPS didn’t realize they are individually owned. I’m all about supporting local but don’t support people who don't have patience or customer service. Won’t be returning.
