Overall, nicer than most of the Goodwills we've been to in the area when taking into consideration the variety. The atmosphere however was lacking. Being in a much nicer area, the place was filthy and the lady behind the counter snapped at my husband when he asked if there was a cashier available to check him out.

Goodwill of WNY has a Color of the Week sale that begins every Sunday. Items tagged with the weekly color are 50% all week. In addition to that, on Saturdays all clothing items with the Color of the Week tag are $1.
My grandson did community service to graduate high school and thet staff was wonderful with all the kids!!!😊
