The Cheektowaga Senior Center is a very welcoming place with so many activities it is sometimes hard to choose. There is something for everyone.

No need to have an AARP card for taxes. Taxes start at 10am Tues and wed. through the first week of April. The doors open at 8:45am and they start taking names at that time

No, the center is closed for all events and classes including taxes

Have many books in excellent condition. Some never read. Is the Senior Citizen Center accepting any donations of books?

You can usually just come in and drop them off in the library. Turn left when you come in and it is the first door on the right.

I personally don't think that the Senior Center is open due to the fact that there is a travel ban on in the town today. I would suggest that you call the center and see if anyone answers.

Do you still offer Driver's Education for AARP members or Senior Citizens? Please may I have Mr. Alessi's phone number in which I could call him to set up Driver's Ed. class for deaf group in? Thank you very much. Patty Tadak
