This place puts customer service last. We ordered our food and waited for an extremely long time when it didn't show up I rang the red button and asked if we was going to get our food. She answers "I don't know what did you order?" I gave her the order again and she asked did you have the order of mozzarella sticks?. We never got our food We again went here for a late lunch and about a third of the order stalls were broken the person taking our order was confused and we had to keep repeating our order. Also they were out of co2 and had no carbonated beverages

They never get my order right and when you say something about to them they are really rude.i would never recommend sonic to anyone

I was very disappointed 😔 I used the app to order ahead to give them time to make it fresh. When I arrived they were nice and walked me through the process of changing in. Then stated it will be out as soon as it is ready. My YES it's going to be hot and fresh. NO I got home and took a bite. Cold cheese not melted greasy burger didn't even cover the bun. Made my stomach upset from one bite. I wish our Sonic could get it together. This is what I ended up with .
