OMG!! A difficult task accomplished! A few weeks ago, I was asked by my grandson to ship a huge 80 lb. box. This huge box needed to be transported from one city in California to another (Poway, CA.. to Carson, CA. -Triple B Forwarders) then final destination shipped overseas to Guam. After several weeks went by searching trying to find a Carrier for Deliver, Shipment and the lowest rates possible from California to Guam. Made several calls too many carriers, moving and shipping companies but none guaranteed a date of delivery and within my budget. This package was so frustrating and wasn’t easy due to the size and the weight of the package. I was ready to give up. But then it came to me to check with the local Postal Annex store #23 in Poway, Ca. located just down the street from me. I remembered this Postal Annex had recently switched over to a new Owner and Management. I called the Postal Annex #23, OMG! Big surprise, things changed, I spoke to employee Mark, explained my situation and the problem of what I needed to do. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his job, he took the time to answer all of my questions. He helped clarify many questions I had regarding the shipment! He understood and acknowledged the problems I had. He helped find the fastest and best coverage for me at a good price. And successfully made the shipment guarantee same day delivery and helped to speed up the process. Mark even called me to confirm that the package was ready to be transferred and ready to leave early the next morning. His emails were quick to respond to all communications about the details. The package was on ii’s way to Guam. Then just the other day, I needed copies and documents faxed. I went into the Postal Annex store. I was assisted by another employee, San, who took the time to answer and clarify many questions I had regarding what I needed to complete my transactions. My experience with the Postal Annex Store # 23, the team is really supportive and went the extra mile to make sure my package was successfully delivered, shipped and guaranteed delivery within a day as promised! The service is smooth and straightforward. The service exceeded my expectations. As new owners their service is much better, very friendly, helpful, patient and respectful towards their customers! After this package was shipped off and the delivery was confirmed. This changed my entire service doing business with postal mail and shopping carriers. I highly recommend all your mail, fax, copies and shipment service at this store. I recommend this store Postal Annex store # 23 to my family, friends and neighbors! Their customer service is truly outstanding compared to the previous owners. These employees really care about their customers' needs and satisfaction. Great and professional customer service! The associates are always so friendly & helpful! I just dropped off textbooks and the woman working took them, tapped them up and ensured they went out! I never hesitate to use this location! Thanks to this location for being so wonderful as It is much appreciated!!

Jana (the owner) is amazing! She helped me ship a valuable package to an international destination with insurance. The owner of a shipping place on Pomerado Road said it would be too difficult and expensive to ship and advised me to try the Post Office. Unsurprisingly, they were also not helpful and told me just to forget it. Jana advised me about which company to use (DHL), filled out the necessary paperwork for me, and scheduled for the package to go out the same day! She frequently contacted DHL and called me with detailed tracking updates over the next 10 days, and the package was delivered safely. Incredible service!
