The worst care ever. Refused meds, didnt read the chart to see why my family member was there. Uncaring and crule staff. Refused to return calls. Stole property.

They generally request non spouse visitors to visit between 8 AM and 10 PM. Front doors are locked at 8 PM, but you can request entrance to the facility after 8 PM via a push button call switch to the left of the front door (but you have to push the switch and stand within 6 or 8 inches of the front door for the security guard to remotely open the door)..
Not in the nursing home itself, but right next door a few steps away is the hospital, which has a gift shop.
Skilled custodial.
