The service and food quality has gone down. I ordered three tacos and was the only person there and waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Also went another time and found a hair in my burrito lol. I was already home and I’m sure they wouldn’t have done anything about it if I called. Food has been bland and salsa has been bitter. With so many better options for Mexican food in wichita I wouldn’t risk it here

Carne Asada tacos, and the salsa are flavorless, and the tortilla falls apart. Beans and rice are good but came out cold.

Up until today, Lina’s was one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Ordered the shrimp burrito. Got home to find that it was drier than usual. Their signature ‘white sauce’ was missing, which adds flavor to this burrito. Called the restaurant & was told ‘he added the sauce. I don’t know what to tell you.’ Great customer service & business etiquette! Having ordered this off the menu on several different occasions, I would know whether the sauce is missing or not. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Lots of places like this around town but I was impressed with the quality of the food. I wasn't rushed when ordering which was appreciated. Fresh ingredients and flavors combined with less grease make all the difference.
