We lived here for a year back in 2017 in one of their newly remodeled apartments and honestly it was great for the price! We never had in problems with bugs or anything the only thing that was wrong was the bath tub sometimes leaked through to the apartment below, but maintenance was always very responsive and on top of it all. I honestly can say that it was not at all bad and a fun place to live for a year, though I agree if you have kids and stuff it might be a bit too small (I have a son and can attest to this), but if single or in a roommate situation or a young couple it is a great first time apartment 👍🏼

I give it five stars because 1. Great location 2. Nice AREA 3. Great office people the short lady is amazing 4. Maintenance department is amazing on point. 5. They have like lol monthly things around the holidays its a great place to live I would recommend this place to any single person or couple with no kids if you a couple with kids I'll say do what makes you happy. The Pros for the building. 1.Beautiful kitchen 2. Great area no crime to my knowledge 3. Washing area is amazing to me. 4. Amazing office staff 5. Great pool area 6. Nice grill area 7. The maintenance man the old guy who drives the blue truck AMAZING YOU put in a work order he is on it. 8. Great appliances and they give you a little greek basket when you move in. The Cons for the building I live in 1.loud music from other tenants 2. To much weed somking from other tenants and gets through the central vent 3. Parking is very narrow needs more space 4. Needs a big garbage can for the front parking lot instead of having to walk all the way by the mailbox to dump garbage 5. Very then walls 6. Needs lights in the closets 7. If your a couple with kids no dinning AREA 8. If your a couple with kids very to small 9. The security is TRASH If your single or a couple with no kids go for it. I give this apartment complex 5 stars because they are constantly being professionals the maintenance people is amazing the location is great the pool area is in a great location as well as the picnic area the grill area ideally it's 5 stars if it wasn't for the other tenants and they weed smoking stinking up the whole building I would luv it but I have my newborn baby girl around me as well as my girlfriend and we don't smoke so it's a bad situation for us + the loud music not enough parking in the front as well as space. To me I can't and won't factor that in. I'm seeing it from couple stand point. I been here a year I have nothing really bad to say about the apartment complex water staff it's just the neighbors. I luv them i just can't stay here the weed is to much n music.
