After a meeting I had more questions and had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie Perez after another rep nearly dropped the ball. I was almost out! Stephanie is a true professional in customer service and one of the sweetest people a client could hope to deal with. She was very polite, informed, empathetic and did a spectacular job of keeping my business with APN. I see this young lady going places and I hope that she rubs off on others with her infectious positive attitude towards problem solving. If you ever need assistance Stephanie Perez is the bomb, meaning unbelievably service oriented. She spent 57 minutes going over a multitude of questions and concerns that I had about our account (as we have been with them since March 2022) and provided detailed explanations in a succinct and simplified fashion so I could better comprehend and understand. She was thorough and extremely patient although I am a very intelligent business person and somewhat techy, more of a creator of ideas and concepts, she was one of the best customer reps that I have ever dealt with in 52 years of being in business. I made my payment and they sent me a email. 5min later I received another call Irma explained myself in more details and we ended up adding and deleting some details from the voice search keys . APN's entire team was very professional, courteous and efficient. I say this because very few businesses today can hit all 3. When I first got a call about their service, I was interested but too busy for a long sales pitch, so I asked for a call back. They did and surprisingly without constant pestering like some companies will do. Signing on was very easy. I like to cut through the chase and just get to the bottom line of cost. I was impressed at how affordable it was. I was then assigned an account manager with barely any wait time to confirm what my company was getting and direct support information when needed. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and I feel confident that what I signed on for is exactly what my company needs.
