Whoever is working on Saturday March 26th at 6:55 pm is one of the most rudest employees iv ever experienced in my life he was very impatient when I had set change on the counter. he had a response "WHAT IS THIS " and also I had asked if there was any free coffee because to my understanding they give out free coffee everyday and he quickly said "No". I felt completely disrespected for the fact that my African American girlfriend said he was even rude to her too . This makes me really upset because every other employee we meet there is very nice and respectfull but not this one he was Asian almost as if he was racially profiling me and my girlfriend . So I whould like to contact the manager for that because that was one of the worst experiences at a shell iv ever had

Great customer service. Brough my tire in to get plugged. Tire was plugged in minutes, the mechanic even had me pull up and he took the spare off, put the plugged tire on and checked the air on all of my other tires at no extra charge. The charge for the plug was reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Came to pump gas here and older man said he pumped gas but gas tank remained the same. From 30 miles it actually went down to 29. I always use this gas station and haven't had a problem before but now I wouldnt trust this gas station. Went in to talk to him about it but he said that it was my cars fault. I drive a 2016 model. The first thing they teach you about business is that the customer is always right. On my way back home to Irvine i had to stop and pump gas elsewhere. My tank had 16 miles left. Just wanted to warn customers.

The good: They fixed my car after it broke down on the highway and did it fairly quick for somewhere in California. The bad: They overcharged me by a lot more than I realized. Once I got home and looked up the parts, I realized they charged me 3x the price of the parts.
