Long line for drive through at 12:30 was kinda slow. Friendly service, order accurate and hot. Love the Impossible Burger

When I asked for a salad, she kind of snapped at me that they don’t have dressing because they’re trying to discontinue salads. I didn’t mind that too much because I figured they’re stressed. I ask for a chicken sandwich instead. It’s literally raw?? The very edges are cooked but the rest is raw. Not going back. I know they were a bit overwhelmed with all the customers, but they still can’t give out raw chicken, that’s dangerous!

You would think being on a military instalation they would have atleast decent customer service for our military members , this is the worse service I've ever had, and the fact that it was from the manager is sad. I was given attitude while trying to put in my order and was constantly being shut down and yelled at. Was trying my best to stay calm, but the fact that manager Beng kept comming at me the way she did made me feel uncomfortable to even eat at my own base.

Sandwich was good thats the 2 stars, fries were almost completely raw and room temperature ice almost to the top but that seems to be the standard practice for drinks at all fast food places now days...

Questions & Answers

They are charging taxes at this Burger King and it’s supposed to be tax free. 8.69 is regular price for Bacon King the base is charging 9.09. It’s apart of aafes falls under services and it’s illegal.

Because it is not AAFES. Not all franchises (such as fast food places, salons, etc) are contracted with AAFES and therefore can charge local state and city taxes. So no. Burger King is not doing anything illegal. A rule of thumb is if the business is inside a BX/PX they are AAFES contracted (not always but usually) but if they are free standing (like the BK at Scott) they are not AAFES contracted.
