This Review is specifically for Virginia and the staff at the doctors office. During the holidays, I had an accident and fractured my ankle. It was my first time having a serious injury and I had no insurance at the time. I had to wait for the insurance to go through and find a primary care doctor and get a physical in order to get a referral to see an orthopedic specialist. I found Dr. Asher Ram through a google search and they accepted my insurance. I explained my situation and got an appointment the next day. When I got there I was told that my insurance assigned me a different primary care doctor overnight. It was all a mess and I was very stressed by the situation. I was worried that I wouldn't get seen in time and the fracture would heal incorrectly and have to be rebroken. Virginia got on the office phone and called a few numbers to help me sort out the situation meanwhile I was on hold being transferred and placed on hold with various insurance health care customer service numbers. After she was able to work some of her magic, She kept me updated the following days with the referral to the specialist I wanted to see. I will say that going through this experience made me realize what a nightmare the whole health care system is and how grateful I am for having Virgina there to help me sort everything out. I don't know what would've done if she wasnt there to help. Thank you Virginia and the staff at Dr. Asher Rams office. You guys are great!

Me and my husband went here for our immigration medical exam. The first person who helped us was named Alex was extremely considerate and helpful with scheduling. The physician was also very kind and helpful. However, during our green card appointment the officer informed us this office made a mistake on our medical documents that set our case back significantly. When I called to speak to them to correct the mistake, Virgina was very rude and condescending to me. I asked her if they can mail us the document considering it was their mistake and we live hours away and work full time, instead of being apologetic and understanding she was very rude and irritable. People who work in the medical industry, especially something and sensitive as immigration, should have compassion for their patients.
