Community Eye in Port Charlotte has cancelled my husband's appointments TWICE, via voice mail with no followup. TOTAL disregard for patient care. They even had the reason for the appointment wrong. Said routine eye exam, while it was set up for field of vision. Total lack of care about patients, especially those with mobility issues. Had to unload and reload power chair TWICE for cancelled appointments.

Avoid the North Port office! They don’t answer the phone and won’t return calls if you leave a message. 5 days of leaving voicemails and still no call back. So, I called another Quigley office and they were going to connect me to the North Port office. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, the phone disconnected. And then they didn’t bother to call me back. I just want my d@mn contacts. Did I mention after 2 visits they still haven’t got my prescription right? Just plain horrible.

I’m impressed! I stopped in to have my glasses repaired today. Kasandra fixed them right away, no questions asked. The staff here is very friendly and I appreciate the quick service!! I’m definitely going back for my next pair. Thank you Kasandra!
