Very friendly & helpful sales associates. Great selection of Furniture at surprisingly great low prices! Everything that is needed for the home. Wish grocery selection was more expansive but overall a great store in a convenient location.

Pretty basic...all employees are wearing mask and are behind plexiglass. As for the customers it was kind of busy and MORE than half were not wearing mask. There were a few exchanges in the store but there is no security. Pretty much anywhere you go in Boyd County I would expect this unless a places is really taking it seriously and bringing in police. Sadly I have observed some very tense moments in the last month. It always go political and so many just don't care. Big lots is not doing anything out of the ordinary. There are many signs saying you must wear a mask but nothing is being done. I felt real bad for the employees just there trying to do there job with such a lack of respect for these people.
