Pre-paid thru Travelocity. Desk clerk insisted I hadn't paid even though I had the receipt. Tried to charge me again. Got that worked out. Faucet was loose and wobbly. Comforter had coffee or chocolate stains on it. TV didn't work until maintenance came. Would not recommend. Won't use again.

First room wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. I requested for change of rooms but this too had a beeping smoke detector that the receptionist said can't be repaired till the next day. He refused to move me to another room. Please don't waste your money. Also, Elevators were last inspected like 5 years ago.

This hotel is very poorly managed and I would avoid it at all costs. Nothing will come as advertised - no breakfast, working tv, etc. We only received one towel and had no comforters or blankets on our beds. An alarm also went off at 1am telling us to exit the building as there was an emergency. However, this was a false alarm but no one informed us of that until we called downstairs and asked. We have tried to speak to the manager for multiple days now but she seems to be avoiding our calls. We wish we had stayed anywhere else and that future customers are not treated as dismally.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Room was filthy to begin with, plus nobody came to clean it in the five days I was there. I was given one towel and two rags, even though the room was for two people. Nobody ever restocked the towels. Went to the front desk and asked for more towels. Was told they were in the dryer and to come back in the morning. Came back in the morning and they still hadn’t even been washed, so the worker from the night before lied to me. TV also didn’t work. When I called front desk the same guy who lied to me said he would tell the maintenance guy to come fix it when he got there. No maintenance man ever came and I later found out that none of the TVs in the hotel worked and it had been that way for some time, so the worker must have known about it yet nothing was said at check-in or on the phone. Literally could not see out my window because it was so dirty. Elevators and room keys randomly stop working. Sign in the room says if you forgot anything to ask for complementary items at the front desk. They don’t have any. Same guy as before also lied to me about when the manager would be there. One desk worker was actually honest about the hotel, but still was generally unhelpful. Did not call manager when there were literally no clean towels in the entire place and multiple people in need. I could go on and on. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any business in my life.

No. This is BY FAR the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The hot water doesn't work half the time, phones are broke, remotes to the tvs don't work, thermostat for the heat/air does not work, and the staff is HORRIBLY RUDE.
