The experience was a very good one especially the rental office both ladies were very supportive and very kind the apartment was wonderful. Some neighbors are very nice. Like everyone where you move there is always one.

This place is a ripoff I informed them that this is my very 1 st apt and yea I’m 18 yrs old I also informed them that I have been fully employed for the past 2 yrs and that I make 3 times over the income for a 1 or 2 br apt and I have also provided 6 months worth of paystubs. I have also gave them the $100 hold fe in a money order over 1week ago and still haven’t received it or a follow up phone call regarding the missing payment. I called the office this morning on 11/10/21 to speak to someone again and I was told by the new person there that is still in training that she is the only one there and that the manager was supposed to be there with her today however she said they told her that they can’t make it to work a very unprofessional place and I will be needing to get a lawyer in order to get my money back I guess.

I LOVE my home; every time I communicate I have an issue, it is promptly taken care of within one to two days. Overall, I am well satisfied.

I have lived at Clearfield for the last 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The office staff is friendly and knows everyone by name. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I never used the pool or the gym, Therefore, I cannot comment on those areas. I did use the laundry facility and have no complaints. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me and my daughter. The neighbors were quiet and I never noticed any major problems associated with the complex. The only reason I'm leaving is to be closer to my son and his family. Otherwise , I'd be staying at Clearfield. Thank you for a great experience.
