Put me on a wait list for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor. Comes to find out being on a wait list does nothing for you. They will not call you and there website to out an application in would not work multiple times. Called the office and get told that there's nothing they can do and that you should be more aware that a waitlist is pointless. I will never consider living here ever again. No you guys do not contact people so your response is complete bull@#$.

Sterling Pointe has modern units, very quiet, maintenance and management is very responsive and helpful. The 2-stall garage has been great! It's in a nice location, very close to grocery stores and main roads.

Maintenance does not do any work unless reminded multiple times. Office staff and management do not follow up on concerns- just ignore emails and calls. Other reviewers also stated that people smoke a lot outside the windows and inside too- we can back this up. They have rules about all sorts of stuff that they don't enforce regardless how much you beg for them to. So the place is totally trashy. What's the point of rules? And be prepared to call your noise complaints to the police department because once again "management" does nothing.

Helpful staff. Most of the tenants are students. Some of them have pets and smoke, although they are not allowed. Very noisy upper neighbors, having parties until 2 AM in the morning. People park in the non-parking space over night, making it hard to get into my garage.
