NOOOOOOOOOPe. This location used to be super solid. Last few experiences were terrible. Cold, late delivery. Today had to cancel an order when I was informed DoorDash was delivering my order! DoorDash?!? Haha. I ordered Pizza Hut. I delivered for Door Dash. If you get this notification cancel your order IMMEDIATELY. Their customer support is terrible, they do not provide pizza warmer bags and they will add two other pick up stops to your delivery. So, Ismael, will pick up your order, have to stop at Dickeys BBQ and order his next delivery, while your cold pizza is in his back seat with his daughter and dog, then perhaps stop at a 7-11 for a lottery scratcher and bag of chips before delivering your pizza. No way! Don’t do it. These pizza chains always focus on delivery in advertising and make it seem like that is where the majority of their personal growth investment dollars grow. Don’t let them outsource that! You lose ownership of problems, accountability is deferred and you cannot teach a third party your mission statement and customer service standards. . Cancel your order if Door Dash is delivering, trust me, it may save your life!!!

Worst Experience Ever. My food had just arrived and it looked as we had our pizza for hours. Driver had no respect for our food. Food was slung around in the box, wing sauce was on half of the bread sticks and some pizza. And the pizza couldn’t have been freshly made and if it was, someone clearly forgot it needed to be delivered.

I order from them because their pizza is good and it arrives hot. (Their pick up/delivery only store is near my house). What I don’t understand is their excessive delivery fee of $3.99. If I get in my car and go pick it up, then no delivery fee. However, If I’m having delivery PH is quick to tell me that the driver gets no part of this fee and strongly encourages me to tip. The drivers use their own car and weighing pickup vs delivery yields no additional charges. Labor, ingredients and packaging are all the same. So, it’s a scam and explains why when I order an $11.00 pizza, with taxes and fees it turns into $20. It’s price gouging. As far a tipping, why? I do, but the driver just drops the box and is racing off before I even get to the door. Maybe, I’ll start tipping in cash and if the driver speeds off, then he’s the loser. In any case, Pizza Hut is screwing over their customers.
