Placed my order within one minute it said someone started preparing my order. I arrive there and don’t even get helped. Didn’t get bothered by it because I only saw one person working there so I understood. After 15 mins 2 other people that were there before me leave and I finally get helped, however, she tells me she will start on my order just then. I go and wait for in my car, as I understand she might be the only one person working there. When I think my order should be about ready (10 mins later), she tells me she doesn’t have Philly steak to make my pizza and didn’t even apologize nor try to tell me after that time I waited. She didn’t even make my other 2 pizzas. I ask for a refund and while she is processing it she is on the phone telling someone she’s missing many other ingredients. Management needs to do better. Such a terrible experience!

Ordered at 6:30pm, delivery driver was "in my neighborhood" for an hour then went back to their store and marked it as delivered. Called the store and was told they would remake it and estimated 20-30 minutes. Another hour of waiting just to call back and be told it has been delivered and not getting any help. This place constantly drops your calls and takes forever to deliver even if you're nearby. Absolutely horrible.

At 2:25pm I placed an online pick up order. 25 min later I received a email saying the order was canceled with no explanation and to reach out to the store. I then call the store for assistance and they couldn’t give me an explanation to was it was canceled so she said they would remake the order. I then arrived at dominos location #6915 expecting the order to be made. I was then told it would be another 8 min so I decided to run another errand then come back. When I came back they said another 10 min so I sat outside to wait. When another 15 min passed I went in to see what could possibly be going on. No one was at the counter so I started asking what was happening. I was then approached by the Regional Supervisor, Cameron A. and was told verbatim that “they are preparing for an inspection so they are not worried about customer service right now.” After I had to demand a refund and decided to leave after 2 hours of attempting to order food. After the incident I called to get the managers name but they repeatedly hung up on me 3 times in a row. And once they realized I wasn’t going to stop calling the general manager decided to get on this line this time and tell me he would not give me his full name. I even repeated back to him the statement he made about not caring about customer service right now and he couldn’t even deny it. I recommend in the future this store just close down for inspections if you aren’t going to be ready the day of.

Pizza is good as always, but the employees are rude and don’t care about their customers. Kept me waiting for my order even though the app said it was ready. Pros: Good food. Cons: Customer service.

I know they had problems over the weekend with the internet, but I think they're short handed and when they are making the pizza it isn't appropriate to touch anything.
