Customer service at this Michaels comes second to no one. The two ladies up front helped me find everything I was looking for, even when they were 10 minutes past closing time. The REWARDS at Michaels are some of the best I've seen. They send coupons on a weekly basis and are far ahead of Hobby Lobby with their rewards program.

Maybe one of the best Michaels stores I have ever been inside of. It was super spacious, clean, organized, and the ambiance was great. Staff has been super approachable and knowledgeable for the two times I've been here!

I ordered online to pick up in store. Walking in there is a button to press for online orders. A clerk immediately came to ask if I needed help. She gave me my order and was super friendly. The store was clean. Always love a no hassle experience. Will definitely be back to this location.

Pretty nice looking store. I was surprised at the lack of mechanical pencils! I thought the drafting supplies section would be a little more fully equipped with pencils of all things. Also I couldn't find any note cards, but I must say that there was quite a hefty selection of everything else I could imagine. Very clean stores and attentive customer service.

They are still requiring masks to be worn by customers and employees in store. I did see the cashier cleaning the counter with bleach spray after each customer, too. And they are still offering curbside pickup, order online and pick up at store, or regular online shopping. I'm sure there's a lot more going on behind the scenes that I didn't see, but they still seem to be taking the situation seriously.
no they don't, they just have normal glow in the dark acrylic paint. You may try home depot !
