We have lived here for almost a year and could not be happier! I have never met such dedicated staff as they have here. It’s rare I have a maintenance issue (I think I’ve only had 2), however they respond very quickly. I have watched our previous maintenance manger come in on a holiday to make sure that people had clear access to the garbage bins after a big snow. Our current maintenance manager recently went above and beyond the call of duty by crawling in a storm drain to retrieve a cell phone for me. This was in no way a requirement of her job and she did it anyway. When I asked why (because I have to be honest I don’t think I could crawl in a storm drain) she stated she “knows what it’s like to lose a phone and it have important pictures or messages on it that can never be replaced”. If she had not just climbed out of a storm drain I would have hugged her!! I am truly so happy to call this place home!! The staff here feels more like family, which is wonderful when you’ve moved so far from home! Also the views from our windows are amazing!!

My mom lives on property and recently had a maintenance issue with her sink arise. I was at her unit when the maintenance guy Chris came over to help. It was leaking and thought it was going to be a big deal (like water shut off big) but Chris was able to recognize the problem and fix it all in one trip. He has stellar knowledge and was extremely friendly! 10/10

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Staff is great, they cleared the snow surprisingly quick, it was safe /quiet even for a suburban apartment, and my apartment is beautiful. There are nice walking trails right by the property and parking wasn’t an issue. Still giving it 5 stars but my only complaint is they tack on extra fees (HOA, trash) to the rent instead of calculating it into the base payment so my rent ended up being more than I anticipated each month. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

I've lived at Bell Ken-Caryl for 2.5yrs and have really enjoyed living in the community. I moved in right before my divorce as a single mother stepping out on her own and I have always felt very welcome here. The management staff has always been a complete pleasure to work with. I can say with out a doubt that living in this community has been a blessing for me and my family. The grounds are well kept, snow is removed promptly, people are friendly and the club house and pool are pretty amazing. There are a few community grills in addition to the pool grill which makes it easy to meet new neighbors. I have spent many warm evenings hanging out at the pool or down in the courtyards grilling and mingling with other residents. I am truly grateful to be apart of the Bell community and look forward to residing here a bit longer. Monica, Sarah and Bri are awesome and I've really enjoyed getting to know them over the years. They are why I give an enthusiastic 5 star rating! They really are the best!!
